Villa Blanca nightmare

Worst experience ever. Booked accommodation for the December holidays for the 9th December to 5th January, paid for the accommodation only to be told on the 27thDecember they informed my family that they had to cancel because of some fire regulations. This honestly did not make any sense. Why was the booking confirmed if they knew they had these problems? They decided to make alternative arrangements and made a booking at another establishment without consulting us and with incorrect dates. Above that we have to pay again as they say they can only refund the payment on the 6th January. They have total disregard for people and have inconvenienced us and ruined our holidays. All we want is our money back.

I would not recommend thethis establishment to anyone, no hospitality or any people s****s.
