My refund please

On the 17th of December 2019 I made a booking and paid on the 18 as they gave me 24 hour's for payment for reservation. On the 27th as I was getting ready for the trip I received an sms from villa Blanca Mr leno saying my booking has been cancelled due to the fact that they did not met the municipality fire regulations, and I was told they will refund my money back on the 6th of January because the office is already closed for holidays. Till today I have not received my money back, I've contacted the general manager Kim cellphone number *** and Mr leno cellphone number *** and they not even taking my calls or sms, and Kim on the other hand is always saying will refund you tomorrow till today I'm still waiting and they don't even call or say a word to me I must call them and get no response.
