Bad aftersales service

We moved in July 2020, when we received our keys our master bedroom closet shelves didn't have handles we reported to our agent and she mentioned that the developer didn't have stock. We have been waiting till date I've been sending numerous emails to a lady called Doreen who never response or acknowledge any our emails.What a pathetic investment I'm so disgusted. I wouldn't recommend any of my close friends to purchase from Galencia.
