WORST SERVICE EVER !!! DO NOT USE THIS VENUE

I would like to tell you how we felt about this venue

We did not have a good experience with this venue at all!!WORST VENUE SERVE EVER!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone, we paid R5500 for venue hire and the service was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. We had no tables and chairs set up for us, we had to beg for cutlery and plates, empty promises, took us last minute like the last minute to get tables and chairs up so that we could do the décor while guests were arriving, They did not helps us with anything at all. We paid EXTRA for 2 ladies to be there to help with food clearing and helping us and they did nothing to that, instead they cleaned there house. There is no working bain maries we had to serve cold food with no help of the matter. Dieter and Friend Ritha said they would help but did nothing.

We felt so much stress on the day , and they just didn’t care at all. We feel R5500 for venue hire and the service we got was a waste of money. Additional still making us pay R800 for the ladies that only cleaned there house.

The guests arrived at 6pm and they didn’t even have the bar open for anyone to drink water which they opened at 7h30,People had to wait 1h30 before they would get something to drink and worst of all there was no WATER at all to give guests WATER.

Pleased do not rely on the venue they WILL not help you with anything. You will be very disappointed and your guests will feel it too. You will have to serve the food your selfs and do everything you selfs. Venue hire to them is just using space and now service to it at all.

We don’t hire ladies to help us and they clean your house instead, they should be attending to guests and cleaning up after everyone eats and bringing the food out they were supposed to help us not clean the owners house only.

This list can go on and on just know not to use them, the venue is beautiful but what you walk away From will ruin your event.

Stay away
