Poor service and quality

I rented from Dieter / Villa Armani for about a year, the bachelor flat. I would not have written this review if it was not the case now; that more than a year later he still owes me R6500 in deposit with no good excuse, there is always a new excuse, and next month, next week...

I also don't believe J B's full star review here on hellopeter, must be a friend that wrote it for him. Dit moet n leuen wees om hulle reputasie te probeer red.

While the stay was fairly pleasant etc:

The power tripping was a constant, at least once a week, if not two or three times. Water needs to be pumped, and regularly I had to ask for the pump to be switched on with no water. Wait months for something to be fixed or changed as asked for. A worker living on the premise, his brother or something apparently broke into our cars (both mine and Dieter's) trying to ***** batteries... damaged to my car (though small), was just shrugged off.

I can fully agree with and understand the points made by the other 1 star rating review of Villa Armani here on hellopeter.
