WORST GUESTHOUSE EXPERIENCE EVER

We booked a stay at Villa Araya in Margate through Just Property for the weekend. That place is unsafe; the agent didn’t give us the code for the alarm, which seemed suspicious, but we let it go. On Sunday at midnight, our phones (9), a handbag, and a ring were ******. The owner didn’t care at all. If you value your belongings and safety, don't book at Villa Araya because the owner won't care about you or your belongings. When the agent contacted the owner, he asked if "our phones were really ****** or we were lying" and that was all. We never heard from him again after that.
