Villa Africa the hotel NOT SPA is a total mess!

We paid a lot of money for this nonsense of an experience. Their rooms never have WiFi connection EVER! The Tv hardly works- when you call for assistance they respond after 10HOURS I do not see myself coming back here! Julia always tries to save the day but having a Manager like Bonolo Villa Africa can’t be having terrible occurrences like these it’s TERRIBLE! I’m absolutely disgusted!
