The staff at Pretoria branch ***** customers items

I took off my watch before the massage and put it on the couch that was provided in the room. After we finished we were rushed out, I forgot the watch. I came back after 20min in that same room looking for it and no one saw it, mind you, no one had entered that room after us it was only the staff. My cousin lost her pyjamas on the same day.

Please note that there are the dirty rooms, door locks not working properly, horrible food and service. The rooms were extremely cold, aircon wasn't working and power kept going off every 15min.
