Poor/ *********** service

Absolute terrible service!! Made a booking for the boat at 2pm. Phoned at 10am already phoned 2 times to confirm. And our booking was approved. When we phoned at 1pm to order a platter we were informed that our booking was canceled as someone had made an online booking. Drove all the way from cape Town and were simply informed there was nothing they could do for us. The "manager" handled the situation poorly. Absolute terrible service!! Offered a bottle wine for all our time and effort as if that compensated for anything. It was explained it was a ****cth with the it system - the alleged manager explained that it happened prior--if it happened previously why did they not correct it? If they aware of this problem?

Now we incurred unnecessary expenses at the incompetence of the staff.

Will not be coming here again.
