Should be disbarred as a law firm

Worst experience. These are lawyers which do not follow the law. I am paying my account monthly according to the payment arrangement made yet each month I received harassment calls and the people whom I speak to are rude and do not wish to help despite me keeping up payments each month and even paying extra when I can. This business needs to be reported to the board and the the consumer tribunal for their ********* behaviour, they do not deserve to be attorneys as they clearly cannot follow the law.
