Over charge on Billing

On the 19/11/2014 my daughter got a call from Vanessia of Viljoen Attorneys stating that she had been handed over for blood tests that were done. My daughter who was unemployed said she would pay R200 per month, this was agreed on. The account that was handed over was 1529.40,with the legal costs the total was R2008.75. The account was paid in full on the 25/08/2015 now she receives an email stating that she owes them R 320.68. I contacted their offices and was told it was for correspondence that they sent. On the statement of account it states in brackets including our legal costs.) When i tried to discuss this matter with the debt collector of Viljoen Attorneys she said either my daughter pays it or she gets blacklisted. I then turned around and stated that it is wrong and we are being done in she mentioned that the attorney was prepared to bring it down to R210 that I must pay and the account will then be settled. I asked for a recon to see what I am paying and she said it is confidential information and we would need to make an appointment to see the attorney and they will show it to us. Pay this ******* or get blacklisted is my option..... because they are lawyers
