Cartrack account paid up letter

Good day

I received a 60% discount settlement on my Cartrack account which amounted to R772.72 which i had to pay by the 20th of July 2022. I made the payment on the 18th of July 2022 and used the reference number provided to me on the settlement email received. I then receieved a call on the 18th of July asking if i have made the payment which i indicated that i have made the payment and forward proof of payment to Sheldon Isaacs *** and Zinto Mabaso ***. I am now getting calls from your consultants telling me that the payment was not allocated to my account to close the account. the reference i was instructed to use on the email was MAME00339 and the reference from cartrack is NTOM00669 so ineed this urgently resolved so i can get my paid up letter which i an entitled to.
