ViljieCo IT Services

I am a very satisfied user of the IT services of ViljieCo. Even though I do not live in the same area I have had wonderful assistance from Wayne at ViljieCo whenever I have issues with my computer or laptop. He is able to sort out my problems via his "TeamViewer" and does so promptly and most efficiently. When I needed a new computer a while ago and he was nearby, he organised a suitable product for me and set it up with great care and professionalism. What I particularly like about the service of ViljieCo is that although I am elderly and not well-versed in IT jargon, Wayne is so patient and helpful and listens carefully and sympathetically to what I think the problem is, without making me feel an idiot because I don't have the correct technical terms at my command. He never rushes me or allows me to feel that I am wasting his time, even though he might have other more pressing tasks on hand. Thank you ViljieCo for excellent and reliable service. What would I do without you! :)
