Worst experience ever

Yoh this is the worst travelling experience ever.Im travelling to Queenstown,Eastern Cape from Johannesburg. The information desk is far out from Johannesburg Park Station, in some *****,creepy corner.The waiting area is small.The booking agents allowed a bus to leave early with multipl empty seats,as a result of this the 19:00 clock bus had to wait for an hour and a half because 12 passengers didn't have seats.As I'm typing this I am sitting flat down in the hallway for the past 4hours and about to get off because this is our first stopas we had to run after the previous bus.This is my second experience and by far the worst.The first one was and because the bus arrived 2 hours late and that resulted in us arriving 2 hours behind schedule.To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
