What service is this, really?!

The service and bus itself needs a hard look on and fixing. The bus was late, passengers were alerted 30 minutes before depature time. No reason was given to passengers. The staff is quite snippy ad dismissive. 0 for customer care! I can forgive the bus not having a toilet and cable ports, but whats with the ****roaches and no heat? No, please. The experience overalll was unpleasant, there is no regard for customer satisfaction there shame.
