Villamora Bus Tours

I boarded Villamora Bus on the 3rd of April from Johannesburg to BLOEMFONTEIN that was scheduled for 16h30 it was 3hrs late arrived in Bloemfontein at 1am.They never informed us that the bus is going to be late immediately after Grasmere Toll Gate at Engen Garage the bus driver and assistant gave 2 guys and a 3year old a ride to East London and suddenly everyone in the bus knew these people from wherever they where going the bus was very cold no lights,no charging unit bus driver and assistant very rude to ccustomers.Not happy at all bad trip
