Villamora Bus

Good day

Villamora Bus in December 2022 on 21 never came to king William's town bus station. My family waited there from 16h00 - 22h00 it never arrived. I called their office and promised that it will come. Again my family went there as early as possible but the bus never pitch in the morning nor the whole day.

I went to their office in Johannesburg, they took my details but never called me or explained what happened.

I'm in need of the refund or I would open a case. Still holding tickets and references.
