I booked bus to Durban from Park Station for today 24 July it was supposed to depart at 8:30 for my children. @ 8:28 we received and sms starting there is a delay for 1 hr for our bus. Now @ 10h00 the kids are still at park station apparently the bus will leave at 11:30 they not even certain of this.

We opted to book an early bus as we needed the kids arrive before dawn. We calling their offices there is no answer and their staff at Park station are not even in the work station.

Vilamora Tours to compensate for the time waisted, now we need to make extra alternative for the kids to be picked up from Durban. I am going to work at 6pm.
