VILAMORA SERVICE IS BAD

please help me get my refund money of the tickets i bought going to Durban i paid 4000 for 5 people for a return load, for me and my family. Bus was super late and had no toilet and people where more than the sits and some had to stand, coming back was also late they book a smaller bus a lot more was standing i had to carry my 3years she was sitting on top of me from DURBAN to JHB everyone was not happy even the driver started giving us attitude....the most memorable time turned into stressed
