Vilamora busses have bad services
Total ******* of services. They don't care about their passengers. The bus was supposed to leave Durban station for Jhb at 8:30, but it left Durban station at 9:05 only to find out they are still going to tour around all the beaches in Durban. The bus left Durban at 9:45 instead of 8:30 :( Their service really sucks I regret booking their ticket. My family and I will never use their service again. First time, bad experience 😞

24 Oct 2021, 12:27A group of guys I don't know if they are from Nigeria or Congo are smoking, drinking, making noise in the bus, going up and down the passage and nothing is done to them. The Vilamora bus has given the loyal citizens a shockingly bad service. NB. They are not following any of the Covid 19 protocols, they are not wearing any masks. If I ever test positive for Covid after today I will definitely sue the Vilamora bus company
