Vilamora bus are not safe on the road and bad service zero service

What a **** service they give to they customers yesterday the 5 of January 2023 I booked a bus from benoni to Durban our bus was supposed to pick us up at 9:20 but I was late with 4 hours and was no notification or update and also bus was over booked was a Indian man that was sitting behind my seat in two seats was these two young boys plus this man share a two seats. No list of passengers names n drive was giving as **** attitude passed at matrose didn't take break so passengers could go to the toilet passenger shouting at the driver to stop drive drove off stop at some energy garage and on our way to pmb bus broken down was smoke no oil n type was flat in short was bad service and they manger was is respond to any of our issues at all got at Durban station works from there told us that we making noise while raising our issues with bus got in Durban at 20:00. This vilamora tours need to assist if it fit to on the road
