The worst busy company

This is the worst bus company ever, I booked my ticket via flightsite on the 23rd December 2022 for the 29th December 2022. On the day I was supposed to leave, I was told that I am not on the list and as a result I had to buy another ticket.

They requested that I send them my bank statement and I did. They said they will sort out the issue on the 4rd of January 2023. I've been sending messages since yesterday and they not responding
