Terrible service

I have received the worst service ever twice, we were stuck on the road for almost 8 hours without any help and the facilities advertised wasn't available, recently I booked 2 tickets for my son and his girlfriend the bus arrived 2 hours late and there was no space on the bus the driver offered them a seat on the staircase, they refused and to date I have received no communication from the company I send emails, messages on social media no response I have spent money that I cannot claim back because there is no contact with the company
