Refund from Vilamora bus tours.

Hallow Peter , I booked a bus ticket from Vilamora bus company from Pietermaritzburg to Qumbu Eastern Cape. It was October last year. Comes the day I wated for the bus till morning, bus didn't show up. I called their office several time but no response. They finally took my call on the 4th day I asked them to refund me coz I dnt want anything to do with them. They asked for my contact number of which I gave them, they said thy will take the matter to their finance office. It was December and I ve been trying to call them but they are ignoring me . So Peter plz help me get my money back from these people.
