Poor service, always late

Worst service ever, we've been waiting for a 22:30 bus and its 00:00 we still waiting, there's no communication with us, we're waiting and we not even sure if there is a bus coming. I've never experience this kind of service from all my years of traveling. Beware guys those cheap buses are ****ed up, rather pay more for quality. This is the last time using this bus
