Poor service

I booked a bus ticket for Friday 7pm, from johannesburg to welkom Free state The bus delayed by over 2 hours nothing was said or announced to us we kept on waiting in the dark After hours passed the bus arrives and we reach our first stop which is the engen Garage near naturena We are waiting for over 2 hours the driver is not saying anything to us or informing us about the situation I was supposed to reach my destination 22:10 yet I'm still stuck in johannesburg
