Pathetic and Unprofessional

Absolutely pathetic. Bus was supposed to pick up at 10pm Thursday night, 24th Nov, at Lakeside mall in Benoni, which is very dangerous at night, yet only arrives after 11pm. I get on to the bus and there's a couple drunk guys on the bus making a noise most of the way. So I stuck it out and travelled all the way to Durban. Silly me, I booked return trip together for Sunday 27th Nov at 8.30am. I arrive at the bus station at 8am. I see all the other busses arriving and departing, yet I'm there till around 8.55am and still no sign of the bus. Absolutely ridiculous. As I was in need of getting to work that afternoon, I had to spend more money on the earliest flight back home just to get to work on time. Absolutely pathetic tours
