Not happy with the service from vilamora

It was my first time taking a vilamora bus not happy with that bus first of all the pickup station is not safe for us to be waiting for a bus no securitys to check if we safe or wat we were supposed to leave at 9pm on Friday to Durban we ended up leaving at 10:30 pm we had to ask them wats happening coz we've been there around 6pm the service is bad i wouldn't recommend it for anyone they didn't even apologize for the being late all they care about is money not the safety of their customers...
