No operating offices and no answer to calls

Disgusting service from this bus company. I’ve been calling since the 9th of June and calls go straight to voicemail on these numbers: *** & *** & ***, I’ve been calling to cancel and get a refund for my bus ticket on the 16th of June. I’m canceling days in advance so there can’t use the excuse “ you cancelled late “ nonsense on me. On top of numbers going to voicemail no one answers emails and no operating offices at stations ( Durban station and park station) there customer can’t inquire about anything cause there is no functioning system for customer to inquire. If customer can’t get back to the company then why is the company operating ?
