Dear Sir Madam

My colleague booked me a Vilamora bus which was supposed to depart from Grahams town to Johannesburg on Sunday the 4th of December 2022 at 7pm to arrive Monday morning around 7am.

The bus got stuck before departing Grahams town. I had to find other means of transport an hour later as i was rushing to work the next morning at my expense since they never offered any alternative.

When i demand my a refund they are moving me back and forth. They are claiming they could have made other travelling means had i waited even longer than a hour that i had already waited.

I need help with this issue. i want my refund.

A quick response would be highly appreciated
