It was raining inside the bus

If there was 0 rating I was gonna give Vilamora company. What a terrible bus company. It was raining inside the bus the rain could enter we literally got wet . I tried to phone their numbers they didn't pick up . The driver didn't know what to say or to do . My son's jacket got wet my pants got wet . When we reached Harrismith from Pietermaritzburg the bus made a huge banging noise and it started smoking it broke . We waited for 7 full hours for another bus to collect us at 22:00 we still haven't arrived in Johannesburg while we are wet and feeling cold . It was my first and last time using this bus
