Horrible and disgusting service ever

04th Jan 2021, Benoni to Durban, driver arrived late,, no apology whatsoever instead he kept saying you're not on the list without even going through the list. We get on the bus it's full and the only seats left are in front ad I'm traveling with two kids. Not knowing that kids are not allowed to seat there the bus driver tells me I must go as negotiate with other passengers already seated it's not his problem. I tell him it's not my problem that you came with the bus full of passengers. I asked people to swop their seats with us and told him it means that we will stand throughout the trip. Luckily two passengers gave up their seats for us and when we're about to sit i had to put my two year old and get our bags, ****** rude driver starts yelling in front of everyone telling me I'm messing up the seats. I couldn't hold back. I told him to go to hell.

Bad bad bad service and I wi are sure I spread the word.

Toilet was also stinking
