Disgusting service

I booked a bus that was supposed to leave from Harrismith to Durban at 12:00 and arrive at Durban at 16:00. The was was a no show, when i phoned i was first told the bus went past and they will make a plan for another bus to pick me up, i had to phone and use my airtime to even get feedback. Eventually i got a reply saying the bus will pick me up at 13:40, no apology even that i had to phone myself and ask where the bus is. It's 14:00 and the bus is still not here to pick me up, i don't even know if it will show up. Never in my life again will i book this bus, there's no order in how they do things.
