Worst experience ever, on the 29th of November 2021 I bough a R500 ticket with these clowns in which I was promised, on board toilet, 5 star traveling, charging points, etc

To my worst nightmare I arrived to a bus that has no aircon, no on board toilet, no charging points, smelly, dirty no covid protocol (sanitizers), to show how heartless this company is they dispatched such a bus know they have woman and kids in their menifest

The bus left 2 hours later after the entire bus caused a riot and refused to be exploited in this manner, we asked for our money back to get to other coaches they **** to us with stories such as don't worry a replacement bus is coming (which never came), they go a technician to come fix the aircon and promised to give us 50% refunds as this was not a R500 type fare bus

No refunds not even an effort to contact us to explain to show how heartless villamora is.... I see there were other similar reviews of the same nature and nothing is done about it.

I want my refund and apology

Don't bother fb they don't respond and u can't post cos the public has been blocked to post feedbacks, their whatsapp is like you are chatting to someone who is an everage Joe who refers to you as "chief" "boss" and ignore you and becomes erritated when u ask for feedback.

I have 2 hours footage of clips that showcase this entire drama from the staff and the condition of the bus and even the police that's station at Durban station stating that their are known for these things and I will take up to the media this company must be closed
