Bus not arriving on time and denied refund

Vilamora provides such a bad services. Today marks the 2nd time I'm encountering poor service from them. At first I thought it was just a first time bad experience but no. How can an 8:30am bus arrive at 12pm?. How can a 10pm bus never arrives at all yet we're denied a refund?.I called their office several times and guess who picked up the call?, passengers who are also fuming and they have been waiting for a bus from 9pm and right now its 1am the next day. Vilamora workers decided to run away and left passengers to see what they do with themselves and this matter. Vilamora is failing at it best to give good service to their customers. What a ******* company. It should no longer operate!
