Bus lateness no arrival too

This bus Villamora did not arrived today 18h00 @ King William's Town Station to Johannesburg. It's about 4 hours now waiting no sms, no calls no explanation. The number on my ticket to call the office it's not working or closed. Please let them know that we can't risk our work with an reliable transportation. No one must use the service of this company
