BS Service from Vilamora

The most pathetic service ever received from a tour line. On the 10th of Jan, myself and 50 other passengers were on board from Dbn to JHB. A seven-hour trip turned into a 27-hour trip. We left Dbn at 08:30 and we were supposed to arrive in JHB at 16:30, however at 12:00the bus broke down along the N3 just after Escourt, we were not attended to, we stayed there dehydrated and with no food for 18 hours straight, also there were children on board. The driver Alex ditched us, we even called management Ephraim Koti, but he did not bother to answer our calls. Another bus arrived at 02:35 and 20 minutes later, it also broke down, it came with a puncture off which the tire eventually burst putting our lives. We left Dbn on the 9th of Jan at 08:30 and only arrived in JHB on the 11th of Jan at 11:30. We waited at their offices upon arrival for 30 minutes, no one helped. Representavtives weren't there, we demand to be refunded.
