Bad service rendered

Bad service ever, since we waited for the bus from 3am till 6am, then decided to find an alternative transport. They did not bother to communicate their delay or whatsoever problem that made the bus to delay.

We called, asked for refund. The answer we got, they only refund if a passenger is hospitalized. Wow what a service am still shocked even today
