Bad service ever

They ddnt pitch at the station as the ticket departure time 19:00 now it's 22:50 we supposed to be at work.. I called 50 times he ended up blocking my calls.. He addressed me as chief.. Then I booked and pay the fare.. Wow what a service.. Kokstad shell garage is where we have been waiting.. It's at night now we not safe as it's only 5of us..
