Bad and disappointing service. Pathetic

We are at the bus station at the office, there's no receptionist and the office doesn't look like an office. There's 12 of us ladies going to Durban and We've been here since 6pm and there's still no bus. There's more than 100 people outside freezing cold, mothers with kids freezing outside. Nobody is here to explain when will the bus arrive and it's almost 23:00.

I wouldn't advice anyone to use this bus service. The buses don't even have toilets and we paid R300 per petson
