We recently moved into : VILACOVA townhouse complex in EDENVALE TERRACE ROAD<br> We were given a set of the rules .<br> The reason for my complaint is that certain people are allowed their own rules , the people in Unit 1 have these irritating 2 dogs that bark ALL DAY .<br> The rules stipulate that only 1 pet is allowed.<br> We all need dogs as security , but what is good for me surely is good for them<br> I have complained to the gentleman in charge - Jan , but nothing gets done.<br> It has become quite unbearable now and I will be forced to move out , but will take this matter further
