Still waiting for my refund

<p> I have been waiting for a refund from the Vila Kasi Expo Festival Team since 24th of September 2016 . I bought 3 tickets online which cost R150 each for the festival which was suppose to take place on the 24th of September 2016 . The festival was cancelled last minute and a new date was proposed . I sent an email to the Manager as he had asked with my banking details asking for a refund as I will not be able to attend the festival on the new proposed date . Till to date I am waiting for a refund . I have been calling and everyday I get to hear a different story . The last time I was promised the money will be in my account within 3 days . I contacted him again he said he was in Polokwane he has the money on him and will deposit it into my bank account . Waited still nothing from them . The last conversation I had with Manager he said he will get back to me . The year is almost over all I am asking for is my R450 back or should I wait for Santa Clause to deliver it . What beats me is the company is busy organising these festivals across the provinces but cannot commit to a mere refund . I feel sorry that people will be ****** of their hard earned money . It's a small company I get it but it has to do right by it's people . </p>
