Viking Villas Apartments
Viking Villas is an apartment space near Buh Rein Estate in Kraaifontein. It is located in Viking Drive, East Rural, Kraaifontein. The experience I have had living in this place is appalling to say the least. Not only do we face ************** and unfairness but so do the children. It is not a safe environment at all. There are people constantly guarding you and treating us like children. Some have made this a retirement home which has forced young children to stay in apartments all day yet there are play areas in the complex simply because an old lady has complained that her sickly mother needs to sleep. The ****** is even worse. The body corporate does not care. We are being accused of making noise over the weekend yet we weren’t even home the whole weekend until Monday midday. This place needs to be investigated and it is a warning especially for young Africans who have children, do not live in this place. You will regret it.
Despite following all the building’s rules and maintaining my unit responsibly, I was treated unfairly and spoken to in a disrespectful manner that seemed to be based on bias rather than facts. When I tried to raise my concerns, they were dismissed instead of handled professionally.
It’s deeply concerning to see such attitudes in a place that should provide equal treatment and a safe living environment for all residents. I hope the management takes serious steps to address these issues and implement fair, transparent communication moving forward.
Until then, I strongly advise potential tenants to consider other complexes that truly respect diversity and equality.
