My friend moved down from Bloemfontein to Cape Town (Tableview) and was unfortunately the victim of a rental ****. She arrived at her intended new residence and was greeted by the friendly staff who waited patiently for her arrival from Bloemfontein. The team of Viking Furniture Removals & Transport demonstrated exemplary patience, empathy and kindness as they assisted us to move the furniture from the original delivery address into a storage unit even though they were considerably delayed as a result. This business is clearly focused on THE CLIENT and not the client's money and by so doing, earned my loyalty forever! I shall speak of this extraordinary customer service experience for years to come! I struggle to sufficiently articulate my sincere gratitude towards this company and the friendly, hardworking staff who assisted us with kindness and compassion (company values most uncommon in SA businesses nowadays). I don't often commend businesses for efficient service - this is after all what you pay for BUT I can recommend Viking Furniture Removals unreservedly not because they delivered service as promised but because they adapted, stood by and supported us (with kindness) when we needed it most! WELL DONE!
