Beware of this ***** who runs a company that is not even registered

<p>We hired Vikash Ramkelawan (referred by a maintenance guy from our complex), of what we now know to be a **** company he calls "Built in Prouductions". He was hired to refurbish our wooden floors and we paid him half as agreed and the rest was due on completion. He started by coming in early and leaving late. BUT, we noticed that whilst he was working on our property he would say that this, that and the other was wrong and woud quote us at the top of his head all the amounts that he would need to fix all the problems. He also kept on asking for more and more money even though not 1 job was completed in full and insisted on immediate payments (for which I was charged extra by my bank). He would say that in order to get the job done faster, he needed the money available immediately. We trusted him and eventaully paid him all the monies yet not one job was completed in full. After the full payment, his attitude changed. We had to constantly call him to find out if he was coming to work at our place and he had non stop excuses and eventually didn'd pitch up at all. He had taken all our money, did not provide us with invoices nor receipts of payment (only 1 invoice given for the wooden floors, but no more for all the additional payments made for all the additional things he said was wrong and could supposedly fix). He does not answer our calls OR respond to our emails pleading for our money back, and has made no attempt to complete all the outstanding work (nothing he did was in full and what little he did so, was done poorly). He has run off with our hard earned cash.</p>
