Very upset

Extremely pisd off I purchased a c***** necklace and then got debited twice I then chatted to the ppl and asked wat the heck Sarah the consultant who helped me said that I paid for subscription I tried explaining what subscription cos I purchased a chain she however knows nothing of the purchase I thought to myself just leave it now a week later another purchase of R350.53 went off my account I had to log a ***** case and my card is now cancelled having me to go into a bank this is highly upsetting ******** ppl like this
