Your food made me sick

On the 31st of December 2017 my sister, her friend and I went for lunch at the V&V at Maharani Durban where we had the worst lamp shank I’ve ever had, my sister started feeling sick immediately and threw up in their restroom , we returned the meals and reluctantly ordered something else off their menu which we didn’t finish coz we had lost our appetites. We then pay our bill and leave and about 20 min later myself and my friend started getting the worst stomachache.... I then returned to the restaurant where I explained our experience to the manager who then made me wait another 10min for the chef who came out and told me he if going to look for another manager who he will examine the food with then get back to me. Another 10min later they both returned only to inform me that there was nothing wrong with their food and there was nothing they were willing to do about my complaint other then get their executive chef to call me the next day... Our New Year’s Eve plans have now been ruined by a lunch date at V&V and all we got from the staff was “ sorry we can’t do anything about it”
