Poor and no service, ignored by staff, bad food

On the14th Feb we went to V&V Silverstar&we received such pathetic service, the food was bad &your waiters attitudes where pathetic. We arrived at 1.30pm,1st waited at the door for 15 min for assistance not 1 waiter helped us. The barman saw us at the door&helped us with a table outside. We sat outside for over 20 min with no help from anyone we went inside.The barman came to us asking if we got help we said no& he assisted us with drinks. The table we sat at was dirty, a waiter comes to the table next to us & starts cleaning, we then called him to assist us clean our table &get our order, he ignores me, after 1hr we get our drinks. We awaited 15 min for someone to take our order & in this time we waited 2 new families arrived got served their drinks&meals,not one person offered to help us&you guys have been busier before some waiters stood doing nothing we got up to go, the manager asked why we leaving We told to her what happen & she pleaded with us not to leave&will arrange our food,She took our order the butter chicken the food took 30 min, the chicken was not fully cooked with no flavour/ spice. The outcome bad service, bad food yet we always spend allot money at V&V.
