Bad service

Today's service at vigo and verve was pathetic. Firstly when we walk in and request water for 5 people, the host ignored us and we had to wait after 15min for the waiter to attend to us.Secondly the waiter takes forever to bring the water and then disappears when we requested a refill and then we get tap water without ice. Thirdly, when I questioned why there was no raita and replaced with chutney, he said it was an additional charge. Fourth point is that he brings the drinks after 20min into our meal. After many visits, the customer service sucks and I'm not coming back to this place
