Avoid Vigo Thatching

Awful! Walls skew, leaking roof, sinking crumbling paving, membrane in walls installed lower than ground causing water seepage inside the new structure, plaster turning to dust within a few hours and falling off, concrete floor not mixed properly and is disintegrating by the day, it needs to be redone as tiling cannot be done on a crumbling floor. Paul was a rude, arrogant project manager, telling my husband he was being "Petty" when he pointed out issues, or just laughing in his face! William, who replaced Paul when we chased him, was great, however he was in way over his head, trying to fix Paul's mistakes. Installation of the Stacking door was subcontracted to people who refused to give a warranty as there were issues between them and Vigo thatching .I do not recommend this company at all! We finally chased Vigo workers, and have appointed a decent company, who in turn have had to re-do almost all of Vigo thatching's messes, obviously at a large additional, un budgeted cost to us! It was beyond awful working with this company!
